The beach views are beautiful and the mini water slide was a fun addition to our experience. Rooms were well maintained. There was a stall with grills right opposite oasis restaurant which wasn't announced before. It was put up late and we had our dinner in oasis for a higher price without knowing this at an earlier time. If there's a clear instruction/announcement it'll be better. Staff weren't quick to respond to our requests.

I called the reception over a 10 times during the whole stay informing them that there is no internet, but all what they do is just saying 10 min we will send someone to fix it and it’s never fixed

I was told by the resort the second night as a refund. We only stayed the first night. It's was the worst service i have ever received, no towels for the pool, 30mins waiting for a drink, wrong menus were given to us and there was no staff. Im still waiting for my full refund. It was not as advertised at all.

Good views good food good activities nice atmosphere nice beach. Was a superb stay we stayed in the cabbana room which is smaller and has a pool view, it was ok just the toilet smelled a bit all the time. But other than that was excellent

Food was average, location is good but rooms are average, reception staffs are very friendly. The need work on the rooms and bathrooms as it looks very old, place is great.

Even the premium rooms & toilets were not clean. Water leaking, red spots, ants everywhere. Not enough footmats & floor is always wet.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade and better cleaning. There was a foul smell that dint leave the room. Breakfast options can be diversified and give more options. Otherwise most of the staff were really kind and helpful. Also it's prudent to update that the beach is under maintenance as it was the biggest reason i had visited.
