Food - very good, breakfast spread very good
waiters in the restaurant are very friendly and co operative. Location - outside noise from the roads is disturbing at night. Pool- needs to be heated specially during winters room services -good. Overall good !

Location was awesome and safe. Food was fantastic whtever u need staff will arrange and give me. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Hotel and room is very clean nice view location

The receptionist there were not polite. And there were not even providing most the necessities and towels they were so old and the bathrobes they were very old and dirty. When you request something it will take like more than 10 minutes we were 3 of us. They can only bring 1 item if you request something.

It was an excellent stay but for the beach, it was closed, that's disappointing, hotel people should have informed before hand, otherwise i wouldn't have booked
food was very good and the service at restaurant was excellent especially ms. I mu was very good in her manners and service, also the other staff including imalka sameer khalil mohamed akashay
all were very good and cooperative
love the stay there and would love to visit again, if the beach is available

Good day, i would like to bring to your attention several issues with the room i am currently occupying. Firstly, the bed is not comfortable and does not provide adequate support. Secondly, the kettle in the room is not functioning properly and is unable to boil water. Thirdly, there is a significant crack in the bathroom sink which may pose a safety hazard. Lastly, the dental kits provided in the room have wet covers, which is unhygienic and not up to the standards expected. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, kiran kishore.

Water in swimming pool so hot no access to beach not allowed to swim in the sea and got only 3 beds in room for 4 people

The location is good with amazing view. Rooms are small but good. All the things were acceptable but the major issue was that the beach area was closed due to maintenance. It was a great disappointment for me. So make sure before coming that the beach area is open if you are willing to enjoy by the beach side.

Location is very good, mohd. At the reception was very helpful. He upgraded the stay free & manger also supported by making our stay pleasant by changing it to half board with discount. Food was very tasty both dinner & breakfast. Totally memorable stay & willing to go again. Sea surface was slurry & could not enjoy it.
