This hotel is 10-12 km from julan, the entire corridor has a smell of smoking and unpleasant smell of dust and full carpet in the room and outside, so there is a lot of dust smell. Sometimes it seems that there is no hotel at the place i intended. There is no handwash liquid in the washroom. No toothpaste brush. Maintainance felt less. Others are good.

It was the worst experience and the rudest staff i've ever dealt with need to be educated on how to treat their customers and especially their supervisor ajay, he is a really rude person and arrogant and knows nothing about customer service and i'm wondering how come he is the supervisor of the place

There is a club in the hotel and the music is turning of at 4 am in the morning. My room was at 8th floor but still the music sound was alot and when i complained about it nothing changed. I spent few days there and each day i had to sleep after 4 am

Front office - check in and check out was ok
housekeeping - room amenities were full so we didn't need bother about anything. Even though we requested some more amenities which were honored subsequently. That one guy who was a trainee on our floor helped me a lot. Kudos to him. Overall - our stay was good and room view was awesome.

The location is perfect near resturant and the manar mall and the staff is friendly, rooms is clean, swimming pool was amazing.

the staff in f.o (night shift egyptian gentleman was very kind and always helpful) the room was great just that the air vent was just one instead of 2 to make the room get cold quicker,the hk attendants were so welcoming and clean the room everytime up to standard,and if we requested water or extra sugar they were so helpful!! i will come again for the stay!💜as for the location of the hotel ,it is super convenient!! as we checked out we used the local bus 🚎 just 4minutes away from the bus stop! so that we go to al hamra😃
