Overall the stay was good. However there are certain parameters that can be improved. At least we expected to receive complimentary breakfast or a bottle of water since our stay was for couple of days. Also the wifi connection was weak. But i really appreciate the staff service there, they were really quick and helpful whenever we asked for assistance.

Very bad experience. Not clean no proper service linen so bad nothing good, i ask water 10 times no one came at all, bad hotel

I do not know where and how to start. I had the worst experience with ‘valet’ staff. Without mincing words, they were purely rude and racist. They treated me like rubbish, as if was a beggar (with due respect to those that beg due to genuine need). The staff were casually on their phones while I stood there. I did not even hear a ‘hello’ or ‘welcome’. They did not even look at me. After their phone calls, they continued to speak with each other, ignoring my presence. After they finally realised that I was not going anywhere, they handed me the “Valet Parking Ticket”. By that time, I did not even want to enter the building. I really wanted to leave but it was late and I needed somewhere to rest. The staff at the reception were nicer so I stayed the night. The rooms were clean but they are quite outdated. Fresh paint would bring some life to the place. As the saying goes, “first impressions last” - I hope I will never need to visit the place again. I suggest the ‘valet’ staff revisit what that word means, in its entirety.

Neat and clean friendly staff easy access to mosque, mall, taxis’s. The room was clean and hygienic. It was pleasant stay for the staff was friendly and well maintained they were polite and the food was awesome.

They are charging almost 300 for the executive suite but no basic kitchen facilities, not even a microwave is available. Small fridge. Room cleanliness is average

Not at all good experience. Rooms looks much different than the photos, i booked for a queen bed they gave me twin beds + parking area is full by neighboring buildings etc

The location is quite good. However, they are no arabic dish during the iftar, and the test is not bad. The staff is very helpful.
