I have stayed in this property a year ago in march 2022 it was a good property now also it is same nothing has changed much the check in process was effortless with in 5 minutes i was checked in and restaurant is also good especially the breakfast as we are from india and a vegetarian too so the breakfast has the vegetarian options that was the best part of the Hilton London Kensington and we would like to visit again to the property.

Friendly staff. Well spread out buffet breakfast. Free gym & sauna facilities. Express check in & check out facilities. Holland Park & Shepards bush underground station a stones throw from the Hilton London Kensington. Whitefield shopping mall also is walking distance from the Hilton London Kensington. Ideal location not too far from the main sights of London.

Hilton is one of the well managed property and the rooms, although small but neat and clean. The location is also nearby the metro station which is another plus point. The rooms were small, but so are for the other Hilton London Kensingtons in London, so can't really complain.

Great location 5 mins walk from shepherds bush station, very helpful staff. Rooms were sufficiently sized for two people with 5 big bags. However the Hilton London Kensington itself is a little old, so do not expect latest high tech services

Rooms have old bedding, I have to change the room once as a double bed, one was different from the other, it's laughable one was black and other white. However, it was nice stay but not Worth the word staying at Hilton.
