Great Marriott in a perfect location
Enjoyed my stay here! It was for business because most of meetings were right around the corner, but it was centrally located, so I would consider going again for leisure as well. The whole area was decorated so nicely for Christmas too. The service was great!

Great location, average hotel. Loud hallways, small rooms, tub was scary to get in and out of, expensive restaurant.

You feel that they really want to make sure you are having a good stay and we appreciated it very much. Great restaurants were in the area. Our London stay was great since we chose this hotel and made everything easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back very soon!

Best customer service by Front Desk
In truth, I intended to book a different hotel which was hosting an awards ceremony, but booking the London Marriott was probably the best mistake Ive made in a long time.
Firstly, its 5mins from everything in the heart of the West End, 2 mins walk from Bond St tube station. The staff were so welcoming and my room was immaculate with a bed that had insanely soft pillows, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.
When I entered the room, I was met with a ‘good luck at the awards’ message on my mirror which was such a nice personal touch as I had mentioned my nomination previously.
The breakfast the next morning was divine and the noon check-out meant that I could enjoy the serenity of my room that little bit longer.

Grosvenor Sq is a unique London address in that the square held the "old" US Embassy building, and the park portion has monuments to FDR, the WW2 Eagle squadron members, and the UK citizens who lost their lives in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Besides all that, Mayfair is a very nice neighborhood.
Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I can’t say it was terrible but there are certainly better options in the area.
The check in was slow and I was made to wait although at least two other staff seemed to be available but had more important things to attend to.
The room was noisy as the inner plastic pane to cut down on noise was wedged open and I couldn’t move it. It was fixed the second night. And oddly the shower was down a short corridor but there was no hook or anywhere to put the towel so you have to leave it on the floor.
Breakfast in Ramsay’s was fine and at least the service there was good - but I guess they were not hotel employees.
Excellent Choice for a Mayfair Hotel
Well located West End Hotel with good level of service and attentive staff.
Rooms are high quality, slightly dated, but perfectly comfortable. Bond Street Station is less than a 5 minute walk
You can’t beat the location if your priority is shopping. 2 min to Selfridges, 9 min to Bond St by foot. Bond St and Green Park tube stations allow for easy transportation. Club Lounge is underwhelming so I wouldn’t spend the extra $ or points for that. In that case, go to JW Marriott 3 mins away.

My problem on this two night stay was noise on both nights from a function downstairs
It was as if the music was playing in my room
I complained and about five minutes later the music stopped. Hotel shouldn’t sell rooms above the function room in my opinion
