    Poor Stay

    We were charged 40 gbp as security amount art. Keys, it's been 3 days we have checked out returning both the keys. But we are yet to receive the 40 gbp refund. Pl send our refund immediately. In room tea / coffee replacement wasn't done, hotel were reminded several times for the same.

    Very well placed near tube but very basic room, narrow passage to rooms, not a great place to stay

    Nice comfortable stay, good value for money

    The room was very comfortable, and the work table and chair helped with the business trip. As the market was closed on christmas, the Hotel also helped by providing the option to put a refrigerator or microwave in the room.

    Over Priced Hotel with little to offer

    Expensive hotel with very few amenities. It did provide free fruits and sugary eats in the evening but overall the hotel lacked substance for the price I paid for this hotel. Also room service, check in service and check out was ordinary. The rooms itself were quite small for the price I paid. The rooms windows opened into an opaque wall giving you a dreary feeling about the town in general. Will never stay again at this place
