Good looking with good location. Near by to the tube station. Walking distance from market. All tourist attractions are accisable by tube or bus as the stop and station underground is nearby. Good property with all facilities in room. Rooms are bit small as compared to other property. Else good.

Not a great hotel and stay. Food is average, breakfast is limited and not great. It’s better to book room only rate and have breakfast at close by restaurants.

Cleaning staff is least bothered on daily room cleaning

Absolutely unhygienic hotel. Drinking water was not available. We were ready to pay for water still it was not available. Indian breakfast was not at all available

Not a good experience

Stay was not up to the mark as washroom toilet seat was loose and not fitted properly, water flow is very low in wash basin, at the reception no one has briefed about breakfast timings etc.

Had a pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was very good and nearby to the metro station and shopping centers and walkable distance to bus stop and have a restaurant.

The property is very average. The service takes a very long time to cater to your needs. The breakfast menu is same every day with limited options. Overall below average hotel. The only plus point is the location is very good, accessible to the underground and eating options close by.

We had a comfortable stay at copthorne tara hotel
in london. The location of the hotel was great. We were surprised to find extra bed for our kid already in place on arrival. The reception desk people were very polite and helped us with our queries. Our room was cleaned everyday. We did not go for breakfast option as we wanted to explore options outside, so cannot comment on that. But overall our experience of london was made pleasant thanks to a great choice of hotel in copthorne tara at kensington.

No free water bottle

Location is good. Check in is long process. Not even a single water bottle free. They charge gbp 4 for 1 bottle.

Hotel is very close to high street kensington station. Property is clean with decent size rooms. Especially din o at reception was helpful in providing good rooms. They don't provide drinking water in rooms but many stores nearby to purchase them. In all had a great 6 nights stay.

Hotel needs major renovation-i’ve been staying here for many years and love the location. Also, unlike most london hotels, their rooms are spacious. But they have cut back on many things even for those in club rooms.

Old property with limited facilities

1) property quite old with limited facilities, bathroom shower in bad / loose condition and toilet flush hard to operate / sometime not working. I got twin beds joined together which was very uncomfortable although i booked for king bed. 2) reception staff not courteous, blatantly refused requests for late check out for just 1 hr only
