The hotel requested a £50 security deposit despite the booking being fully prepaid, even though they have no such policy displayed at the hotel. Additionally, this requirement wasn't mentioned either. During check-in, the staff was rude to me. I would recommend avoiding this hotel if possible.

No one bothers to reply on mail or take your call to guide hotel direction. There are three hilt-on at airport and not all people know about this hotel so it created lot of confusion about hotel direction and worst part was no one was picking call or ready to help to reach this location.

Enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel for 3 days. Commuting to London central was quite easy from Hatton Cross.

Hotel is located at walking distance from Hatton Cross and Heathrow terminals making good connection for airport as well as for London city.

It is close to the Heathrow Airport and the Hatton cross underground. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. There were limited food options but were very good. I enjoyed the stay here.

The best part is that it is walking distance from the underground station which is 2 steps away from Heathrow airport. The amenities are ok.

The hotel is near to the Airport. Hatton cross train Station is just a walking distance. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Room service is done on daily basis. Overall, you can have an enjoyable stay and an amazing experience.

It was just 3-4 minutes walk from Hatton Cross Station. Nice staff and rooms. I recommend if you're looking to stay near the airport.

Excellent service and cost hotel. We had booked for one night and found that rooms are tidy and spacious clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Good airport hotel. Clean, spacious and conveniently located. Hilton Garden Inn is a good. Value for money. Hotel with spacious clean rooms. Breakfast too is decent enough. Only thing I found a turn off is the hotel policy of levying as service charge per order. This apart I had a good stay and would go with a rating of 4 on a scale of 5.

The hotel has a nice ambiance with all the major attraction close by . With regard to food the pan seared sea bass and grilled salmon I liked the most . Even the Mogley Burger was good. Nice place to be in . Definitely will be my choice in my next London trip .

The hotel has a nice ambiance with all the major attractions within a easy reach. The food I liked the most was pan seared sea bass and grilled salmon. It’s very clean and the rooms r excellent. Want the bed sheet to be changed every day and want drinkable water - my suggestion. Will be my first pick for sure, the next time.
