Average stay, we order food through uber where out food was given in front office later when we checked out it was not available, how could they even be so careless and give to someone else

Good hotel close to tourist places, close to the bus and metro station. Breakfast was really tasty and well spread. I enjoyed my stay.

Great stay. Good and safe locality. Although there are very few stores around but you can find them after a quick 10 min walk
They have such small rooms with marrow window that someone can collapse. After multiple requests to assist me with a different room they didn't help us out. Later when my health got compromised they offered a room by that room had no airconditioner working. We stayed there for 5 days of which 4 were without airconditioner. And request to change they asked us to move into room with lower grade. We had to ultimately open the window and survive with night temperature drops and unnecessary sounds from outside while we slept

The location is nice. Close to notating hill. If you are looking for shopping then london's biggest mall "westfield" is also not far off. The room was small with an extra bed opened was not much space but it was good and functional with a kid. The bathroom was without bidet or health faucet. Service is not what you expect in hilt-on india. No make-to-order breakfast like masala omelette or additional services like we do here. They are a bit short on staff as well. The room checked in didn't have ac working and no one picked up the t reception. Again in the changed room tv was not working and got that rectified. Both the time repair technicians were promptly available and provided quick solutions.

Awful service downgraded room and poor cleanliness. Would never stay here again. Much better options at hyde park or dorset at shepherds bush. Indifferent staff! breakfast is good.
No hot water in the toilets which is a basic for a hotel for the standard of hilton. Also since it was not available due to a technical fault as told, no efforts were made to make alternative arrangements which was disappointing

At the time of booking room pictures are totally different as compared to the room we get. Room was too small and i showed pictures to the manager and i tried to take help but they denied to accommodate me in a same room they were showing and didn’t helped me in any way poor people zero customer support

Hotel was good but for that price it was decent at the most. It wasn't cleaned upto hotel standards before my check in.
