    The hotel is centrally located and us only 20/25 mts tube ride to most of the sight seeing places. The rooms v ere vet good and far more spacious than london standards. Food was very good and not very expensive.

    We booked this hotel at a very decent price and were pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. Size of the rooms are pretty decent, the lobby is quite open and the breakfast spread is good. A 2-minute walk to North Acton underground Station makes it a good bet at the price.

    Excellent Stay

    Shifted over from another hotel to stay here and we were too pleased with the room, the amenities and most amazing view of beautiful London. Very comfort stay and had a stupendous breakfast.
    Fantastic stay. Amazing view. Very friendly and courteous staff. All in all perfect way to spend the last day of the year. Nothing to beat holiday inn.

    Services of the hotel need to be revamped

    The staff at the reception asked us to come down for everything whether it is about getting a bottle opener or for getting a bottle of water. They said that they are short of staff and can't help. Location is nice with grocery and restaurants nearby
