    Disappointed. Having stayed at several hyatt properties globally, this experience was disappointing. The staff in general was not as friendly as we are used to. Two out of the 4 driers were broken for the entire period. Service was also not that great.

    The hotel is located in a good area and all modes of transport are easily accessible from here. Breakfast is english with reasonable options. Overall a good experience
