The variety of food in the buffet is really good. The amenities too are good. It’s just that sometimes due to rush the concierge services are delayed so be prepared to take your luggage by your own to the room.

I booked in for one night before starting my meetings the next day. While the hotel and rooms are ok, the room i was allotted had ketchup marks on the sheer curtain which put me off instantly. The bathroom had a constant machine like noise. There were no toiletries provided. Not a 4 star experience from any angle. Breakfast buffet was basic. Nothing fancy. No live counter, even for an omlette.

lady at the reception was very rude, and room service is only allowed with prepaid card, which was no where mentioned in hotel policy and details

Stay was good we was there for 5 days all days breakfast was same there was no change it should be some different and room stay was good but room cleaning was not too good

The hotel is clean and the ambience is good. They did not offer me the courtesy of early check in, even by 30 min, even though i was sick. I called room service number through their phone that was neither answered nor someone called back. Bathroom was clean but the container for bathing gel was empty. Called the housekeeping but got no response. They did allow me to sit in the lobby after check out, before i moved out to the next phase of my travel.

The hotel reception took 20 mins to find my booking as they had assigned the room to someone else and then the room was super tiny. Not worth at all

it was a worst stay as we booked for a superior room which they didn’t provide us ..there was no dental kit,sleepers , towels in the room..as we called them a day before to provide us a early check in as we had an early morning flight but they simply refused to provide us a room..no bell boy..overall poor service ..for them only local people are there priority…

The location is very near to heathrow airport. If you don't have have much luggage, walking from heathrow airport to hotel is plea-sent experience with nice views. High speed, free wi-fi is available at every corner in hotel without fluctuations. Rooms are having usb charging socket so no need to carry universal adaptor if you are carrying for charging your phone only. Swimming pool and conference hall are very good. Super demanding property. Rates are highly affordable in comparison of other london hotels

We didn't cancel-led our booking. We did pay the amount to make my trip and the hotel didn't received it at the time of checkin. So we had to pay the hotel again. So kindly refund the amount i paid to make my trip. I won't pay it twice. I need my money back
