We stayed for our wedding anniversary last month and had an amazing stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay enjoyable. The room had a great view of the main street with Christmas lights about to go up and was quiet. The room was a bit on the smaller side but most of our time was spent seeing London anyway. Everything was relatively newly renovated in bathroom which was nice and having the mini kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel also had a pre-dinner drinks/snacks service which was also a nice touch. Everything was within walking distance to Covent Garden and the train. Highly recommend this property and would stay again in London!

Fantastic stay at the Resident Covent Garden. My best friend and I thought the hotel was wonderful. Lovely room with all the facilities you would require and more. The staff excellent very friendly and attentive could not do enough for us. Great location. Close to everything we wanted. We will be staying again in the future

Wonderful Stay in the best location
Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and was able to check us in early with no problems. Our room was clean and there was a bottle of wine complements of the hotel in our fridge and a hand written note in our room. The location was perfect and had a huge selection of great restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to London.

Awesome place - highly recommended
It was a two day stopover trip while returning from Edinburgh to London enroute to Dubai. The hotel is awesome very very centrally located. The Trafalgar Square, national museum, Big Ben, underground, easy access to all public transport, eating options for all type of foods, safe and secure, convenience stores all in close proximity. Staff is awesome all of them, a very personalized touch right from check in ,to directions, recommendations, tourist places etc. Being a platinum member a bottle of wine was with compliments. They also Hv free house drinks every evening for their guests. The rooms were nice, spacious and swanky, the bedding was great, free fresh water Brite water in small kitchenette equipped fridge, tea kettle, cone coffee machine with crockery, tea/ coffee / cutlery. Hair dryer/ slippers. All was very awesome and a very comfortable stay. Keep it up !

They are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was a king double and it faced The Strand. The room was wonderfully clean with a modern bathroom and a super soft bed. Even though we were on a busy road, you surprisingly couldn’t hear any traffic noise. My husband and I will be sure to stay here again. It is a hidden gem. Thanks for a great stay.

lauren.partnerOct 24, 2024 I don’t hold it against the hotel…but bring earplugs! The Strand is a major road leading to a major gathering place and the noise from that combination can be daunting. We heard sirens go by every night but one…and being on the fifth floor doesn’t help.

The hotel was amazing. Staff were all very professional and friendly going the extra mile with leaving my children welcome balloons in our bedroom . Night time was very quiet and the air conditioning in the bedroom was great with no loud annoying humming .

This place was fantastic! Very clean. Friendly staff. Right in a bustling part of London, but still very quiet in the room. I highly recommend it!
