Badly designed rooms with no chairs or counter space to put anything down. Not a great location.

Great stay! Very clean and stylish!
The hotel was well-maintained and thoughtfully themed, providing a clean and inviting environment. However, we were informed that our vehicle could not be parked in the garage due to its height, despite it being just under 6 feet (5'11"). Notably, vehicles of similar height, such as the Mazda CX-5 (5' 6"), were observed parked within the garage. The hotel's website provided no information regarding specific parking restrictions, mentioning only valet parking with the nightly rate listed.
The hotel receptionist provided all the necessary information for our check-in; however, their demeanor came across as unwelcoming, leaving us with the impression that they were not particularly enthusiastic about their role.
The bar area and rooftop access were tastefully designed, offering ample seating and a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the bartender provided exceptional service, enhancing the overall experience.
connor.familyNov 12, 2024 Nice hotel. Rooms are small, but that’s not too big of an issue. My main concern was parking. Just know if you pay the steep price for valet parking, they just drive down the street to an unsecured lot. No gates or locks… Right next to the cars parked on the street. There is no other parking on site except street parking.
The property is very nice but located in an area that’s old and there’s nothing around it for dinner options.
A unique property, well maintained. Area around hotel a little sketchy, though we did walk back the 15 blocks from downtown without any problems. Our overall experience was ruined by a smoke detector that decided to flash a strobing light from 1am on. Not much sleep last night. Impressed with all employees we encountered, with the exception of 1 bar tender, who ignored us, while chatting up some younger uber couples. Our overall facility score is a direct reflection of the unfortunate smoke dectector incident.

Very you safe Area. I would not suggest it to anyone that may choose to leave the building other then by car

william.partnerOct 19, 2024 To say this is a 'downtown' property is generous at best. In reality you will be approximately one mile from one end of King Street ... walkable certainly but the route is not completely confidence inspiring late at night ... we opted to walk in the AM ... and to take advantage of Big Bad Breakfast on route ... and Uber/Lyft on the way back.

I found the room aesthetically interesting, but it lacked certain comforts, like a refrigerator. It also had one stool on which I could either sit at the desk OR place my luggage. Otherwise luggage had to go on the floor. Lastly, my room had a vague odor (sewage-like) coming from the vent in the ceiling.
The only drawback was with lack of parking. Wish the entrance was more friendly. The check-in lobby was on the 6 Th floor, which was a little confusing. But overall, beautiful & very clean room.
Can't wait to stay again.

The double bed set-up in the rooms was different in that the beds face each other with no space to walk between beds. It’s okay if it’s one person to a bed, but gets a bit challenging if more than one person to a bed.
