Wow. The worst - A Relationship Ending Experience
First of all, this is not an Extended Stay hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
No hot water in room, couldnt take shower.
Rooms are old. Need upgrading. You get what you pay for. No remote for tv and when I asked the front desk for a remote, it never arrived. Had no tv the whole stay. Bathroom fan is very loud. Bathroom faucet was falling off. Shower water was warm at best. Curtain was broken and half was missing. Smoke detector was missing from the wall. Elevator certification expired in 2023. Cigarettes litter the ground everywhere.
Description at time of booking was not what was there.
Most horrible stay I’ve had
Couldn’t find my reservation, then had to move twice because room was dirty!
Was also charged twice for one nights visit!
The room smelled strongly of mildew!
When call the property about the over charge they told me it wasn’t her problem to call my bank. Very unprofessional

Room to close with the parking the car move in and move out all night
Even though I had a reservation and prepaid, I didn't get to stay there. The front desk was locked up and closed for the night when I arrived after 11:00 p.m.
I had to find another hotel to stay at.
We were not able to stay here because the rooms had been reserved by FEMA for hurricane victims. We were not informed that our reservation had been cancelled. We had to sleep in our car. We demand a refund! Please advise!
The experience was great the room was nice and very comfortable customer service was great no problem checking in and out.
I never stayed in this hotel, hotel was damaged by hurricane Milton.
You guys still have 11k of my money!
Not worth it….Keep ur money and go somewhere else!
The rooms are incredibly small and roaches in the room, on night stands on counter tops in bathroom and in the shower when about to shower.
