When we told gentleman at desk he just said other people have said that too. He said maintenance doesn't wotk on weekends. He said he would check into it. Came back and still no hot water. The girl at the desk offered to move us and even made sure that our water was hot first.

Mouse poop on bed next to pillow
The sheets were all stained and dirty. There was Mouse poop on the bed next to the pillows. The floor was dirty and dirt all into the corners and side of the walls. Mold all around the tub pee on the toilet. Room smelled bad.I left my phone in the truck so I didn't get a picture of the poop sorry.
I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. I have no idea how it has 8.3 stars on this website. Look at Google reviews. The first room we got was on the 2nd floor and the entire floor smelled like weed. When we called the front desk the woman was very nice and found a room on the 1st floor that was slightly better. But the entire room was musty, there was mold, I couldn't even look in the window AC unit it was so gross. I didn't even take a shower because I didn't think it would make me any cleaner. The bed was actually surprisingly comfortable but I tried not to let any part of my skin touch anything. Luckily we only needed it for 1 night but I would never recommend it to anyone.
kelly.partnerNov 05, 2024 The room had a few problems. They had the thermostat on the wall but it wasn't working. Used the a/c unit which was sufficient. The bed duvet was lumpy and the fitted sheet had been torn and stitched together and felt pilly. The bathroom tub had knicks that needed to be fixed. Other than that the place was quiet and the breakfast was good. Checkout was a breeze didn't need to turn in keys, just leave by 11am.
It was amazing nice clean room comfortable bed very friendly staff definitely would recommend to family and friends
whitney.partnerOct 13, 2024 Alright. The toiletries are teeny tiny bottles as if for a microscopic doll house. The bathrooms in the rooms and the public restrooms within the hotel itself were dirty, dated, and DO NOT HAVE FANS. Lord help all the ladies that need to take a 💩 around their significant others.
It was a "fine" experience. I would stay here again if I had to, particularly since my employer is the one paying the bill. I would never pay this bill for a vacation.

One bed with large sunken area in mattress, other bed made load popping noise every time you sat down or stood up.
The fridge was not cold.
Breakfast was subpar, cream cheese was frozen and very minimal options. The waffles were good.
The decor in the lobby was nice for Halloween
The staff was very nice.
Overall the hotel did the job (we slept and showered there) but was not up to par in terms of condition or cleanliness.
The hotel was the closest to where I wanted to be. Other than that it was average. Not bad not great

curtis.familySep 21, 2024 We have stayed at this same hotel 3 times. The 1st was good. The 2nd not quite as good but let it slide. This time the only thing that was acceptable was the outside, lobby, staff and breakfast. The carpet was filthy in our room, scuffed doors and dirty, the towels had a strange smell.
This place was filthy the refrigerator was dirty ,there was stains on the walls. The air-conditioning did not function properly. It was awful.
Desk attendant was on a personal call when I arrived. I stood and waited while he continued his conversation before he finally stated- well, I have to go, they are pouring in.
Otherwise, hotel was fine, a little musty and elevator smelled of body odor.

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient
