angelina.familyNov 14, 2024 My stay here was alright, nightshift lady was rude, our hotel room specifically #207, the toilet water was running nonstop, and when showering a loud banging noise would occur but I guess after a while it went away. Not to mention we found two bugs in the room.
Lady in the office did her best to help me when issues with the company card first dropped so thank you for being patient
francisco.familyOct 31, 2024 They offered breakfast included but it just coffee and some muffin and the same flavors everyday if you have got lucky get coffee because it's limited also the hotel is located at busy street that the reason it's so noise ,so I hope they fix the breakfast thing,thank you!!
It was on the weekday and not busy. They have a one car policy. We stayed there because our house got fumigated and asked if we could have an additional car since we had to go to work. The receptionist just pointed to the policy. I said I understood but that they weren’t busy if they could reconsider. In a rude manner she just said oh no

The area has ever thing that I need
We booked the room high floor but they gave us ground floor. We had to stay for the first night and next day we wanted to check out. The staff was helpful and they refund us.
The room had a smell and old furniture
Most buttery soft sheets i have ever slept on.
Second time my booking is canceled. First time, I had booked a 1 king bedroom and was told my toddler is considered an adult therefore we would need a room with 2 beds. The lady was rude and unhelpful. Second time, we were delayed in traffic for 5 hours. What should have been a 5 hour drive turned into 12. I called in regards to 2 booked rooms at 10:30 PM check-in day to notify the hotel staff we were delayed. Whomever I spoke with on shift notified me that as long as we check-in before 11 AM the following day our reservation would not be canceled. Dealt with the same lady as the first time amd yet again to only be told since we did not check-in by midnight our rooms were canceled. Had to find new hotel after being up for 24 hours.
