Rooms were so dirty. Second thing there were not at all good hospitality and i booked it for three people and breakfast was included in it, but at the hotel desk, the receptionist only gave me two coupon and they said that you have booked through makemytrip. That’s why we are not responsible for the extra breakfast so i have to pay the charges for it. Extra also make my trip team was not responding me and they were saying, we don’t know anything, sir. Please coordinate with the hotel.

It’s decent hotel. We need to stay for 2 days so didn’t get time to explore but facilities are good. Staff is very good at front desk.

The washroom was pathetic and the water kept on coming to the bedroom. The room was also having dust.

Don't get cheated by expecting the brand name.

Room is spacious. They provide free shuttle service to airport terminals. However the hygiene level is terrible. I had cockroach in bathroom when i checked in to my room. Housekeeping removed it but next morning there was another cockroach in the room. At restaurant for breakfast, there were flies sitting on the food

Location was nice. Had a free shuttle. The amenities were great. Room was spacious and hotel was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Ok for short stay. Room comfort plus bed was good. But breakfast was terrible- tool little options for 20.

Check in formalities took too long. Not very friendly staff, other than that every thing was fine. OK for night stay.

Decent hotel close to the Airport

Proximity to the Airport a big plus. Carpets in the hallway seem old and dated. Room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy. Hotel price was reasonable. Bed was comfortable. Location is in front of a railway yard so nothing great, but that's okay as it is close to Airport. Busy and bustling with people. Restaurant is good.

Booked a room here for a night due to a flight cancellation. Overall its a decent hotel for temporary, emergency stay as rooms are decent and well-maintained and rates were reasonable. However, would not recommend for longer stays as there is absolutely no room service and customer care is poor. You have to go down to the cafe just to buy drinking water.
No room service. Not even a complimentary water bottle for guests on arrival.

Shuttle service to and from airport excellent. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Room service could be improved. Water facility not available so incurred a lot of expenses to drink water. Overall very good!

Hotel was good, but needs cleaning in common areas, corridor floor mate were very dirty looks like it was never cleaned. Room doors paint was gone and was looking bad. But once we enter the room, it was good, clean and good space, bed was firm. Breakfast option was limited for vegetarians, good airport shuttle option. If looking for a luxurious and ready to pay bit more then look for other options as most of the nearby hotels have shuttle option.

. Hotel is in bad shape, seems to be a very old property, poorly maintained, did not expect such bad facilities by Ramada .. Breakfast served was pathetic, no room service .. Not worth it .. Only positive is that it's very close to Newark Airport & has half hourly shuttle to Airport .. Do not recommend

Worst stay experienced till now. Receptionist was very rude, didn't respond properly. None of the facilities were working properly. Wi-Fi was bad, micro wave was out of order. Heater was not proper. Bathroom was not hygiene. No hotels near by.
