Poor amenities and service. House keeping doesn’t clean the room. No water bottle provided in the room. Rude and irrational behaviour of staff. Stay in sheraton just across the road

Good hotel located close to the falls

Property is located 5 min walk from the falls. Rooms are clean and while you cannot see the falls per say you certainly can see the mist from the falls from the room.

The stay was Worth every penny. Falls view room was very clean and spacious with all the required amenities.

Great facilities and location, super expensive restaurants

Really luxurious rooms. Very expensive restaurants. Intimidating at first since all entrances are through the casino area and one is not allowed to carry food and beverages into the casino area. No water provided and the bottles in the room are too tiny to merit a two dollar charge. View was bad. Access to the rooms was through the casino and hence it was quite confusing to actually get to the hotel section.
