Check in was great. Got to our room and someone peed and didn’t flush the toilet. The toilet isn’t installed level on the floor. It rocks and there is a large gob of caulking around the perimeter at the base. 92 rating. The last 2 hotels we have stayed at through Hotels.com have been less than their rating.
It might of just been our room, but the parking lot lights shown right in the window above the curtains. Room was quite bright
Property was clean, the remote in the room was acting up and the lobby smelled like weed. Everyone was nice though

I have no complaints. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfy. I loved the ste up of the room. Will be visiting again!
Nice place. Breakfast had a little to be desired. The Amish guy screaming outside was really weird. I know, not your fault. Staff were helpful and in a good mood. Always a blessing to have helpful staff that are in good mood.
New facility. Housekeeping was lacking in major ways. Room was not clean. Public restrooms were not maintained.
nikole.familyOct 09, 2024 The worst!! Received an email from the front desk stating that I need to have a credit card on file even though I booked directly through Expedia. I contacted Expedia they reached out to the property and said it was an error and to disregard it. Checked into the room, went to pull the sheets back on the bed a sock fell out, sheets looked like someone was already was in the bed, the handle on the shower was broken and the desk chair was broken. Called down to the front desk to have my room changed. Upon checking out, my credit card was charged and it’s been a hassle to get my money back since I checked out on September 16. I went back to the front desk when I noticed the charge and the woman told me that it was just a pending charge that it would fall off, that charge did not fall off it went through as a transaction and I’ve been trying to get my money back ever since.
You call the front desk no one knows how to do anything, the managers are ALWAYS in “meetings,” they can’t provide you with any information then they said that the refund has been issued and that you “should” have your money back on September 30, still no money and it’s been a chasing game ever since. DO NOT STAY HERE FULL WARNING!! Stealing someone’s money then playing the chasing game to get it back.
Friendly and helpful staff. Gave us new clean towels before we could ask for them. Everyone had a smile.

Biggest complaint was that the sofa was dirty and stained. Other than that it was just an ok stay. No up to what we have experienced at other Springhill's.

My wife, daughter and I arrived about 8pm to a room booked several days prior through Expedia. I had to get the host attention from her cell phone to even begin check in, then she answered the work phone without even saying “please excuse me “. We waited 5 minutes for her to finish her phone conversation. My first room was 82 degrees with a thermostat set at 61. Our second room was ok. I highly recommend driving another hour plus to Columbia or Charleston.
