Nice hotel. Clean, safety and affordable.
Bad

I was so upset. They automatically charged my card and before you knew it I had a charge of $480. They kept telling me it was for incidentals. When I called about these again after talking to someone at the property two times, they had the nerve to hang up on me not once but twice.
Run!

They gave me an impression they charge for stuff that you really didn’t do or use. Like they are cheaters

Appreciated the new decorating-carpet-wallpaper- Mattress was not comfortable-too hard
Great stay

This hotel was very clean and the amenities offered a lot of bang for the buck! The pool and gym were nice, the breakfast was great and the room was nice

This hotel is average. The parking is not well lit and did not seem safe.

There was a great restaurant around the corner for dinner. Good location. Just wish we didn’t have a ground floor room. It was a little noisy in the morning.

Great hotel, close to everything , however there should be more variety for the Breakfast.
Mostly ups, a few minor downs

Lots of great things to say, and a few minor disappointments. Breakfasts were great, including rellenos, burritos, and tamales. Housekeeping was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable and clean. The downside was the pool was on the cool side, the hot tub jets weren't working, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the cable tv was not working the last day. Overall it was a good stay.

When we checked in, it was raining very hard and only 2 access doors were working. we got soaked getting to our room. Also your website said you were pet friendly, but I found nothing to indicate cost. We were very surprised to find it would cost another $70. I doubt we will be staying there on our return trip. Thank you

Average hotel for few days of stay, the location was convenient for my trip.

Terrible place, employees seem like they just hate their job, constantly telling them thank you thank you and just get blown off, homeboy that works night needs a big attitude check, none of the doors close to my room worked so we had to walk all the damn way around! Didn’t even know where to go cause homeboy mumbled our directions then walked away! Ghetto area, WAY too much for area and what it is! Never again

Location and all the hotel offered. Staff available all hours> Two women traveling together, we felt very safe.

The property itself wasn’t terrible, but we really did feel very unsafe in the area. The breakfast area in the morning was not very clean. The food was adequate. We knew we would not like this property when the first thing we walked in to check in and we were not even greeted. We felt like we were a nuisance to the staff behind the desk. There was nothing showing areas of attraction in the hotel at all. We ask for some information on how to get to the main Square there in Santa Fe and again felt like we were a bother.
Nice quiet hotel with a great breakfast and pool.

The beds were comfortable and I liked the design of the fridge/microwave/coffeemaker cabinet. The breakfast buffet was great and the people working it were very nice and friendly. On the downside the Jacuzzi was a bit dirty. I was dissapointed the windows were nailed shut. It would have been nice to open them and let in some fresh air. It would have been nice if they had some quarters for the laundry machines. The app for the laundry machine was a pain and it ended up costing $10 to do one load of laundry.

The property is a bit dated. Rooms were clean, just a bit warn.

This hotel is older but does the job if you are looking for a safe, functional place to lay your head for the night. Given the chance to stay here again, I would.

Overall, this hotel is in need of a major renovation. Its dated, dingy, and needs more elevators.
Fine, but nothing special.

This hotel is in a not very enticing part of town--all big roads and shopping malls--and this Fairfield Inn cannot match the one in Flagstaff. But it's reasonably priced and reliable.
