Was an ok stay, I stayed here 3 nights and the elevator did not work the entire time.
Great location close to shopping and dining, friendly staff, EV chargers located on the property but ice drivers with no respect for EV drivers takes up most of the spots in charge area.
Overall an ok stay.
We arrived at our hotel & were informed that the elevators were broken- for us, it’s no problem, as we are both able bodied, but could be a problem for anyone who isn’t. The staircases weren’t the best lit, so it did make me nervous as key entry wasn’t needed to enter the side door. There was makeup left behind, on our room floor, (was some sort of lip treatment gloss) so I don’t think the room was properly cleaned, as it would be hard to miss. Our safe in our room wasn’t working. Not a huge deal, we were only there for 2 nights. We were told by one employee the pool wasn’t in service & by another it was - pool area was a disaster- no towels. The room towels are so small, they are child sized. I witnessed 2 different occasions 2 male staff members going into a hotel room together suspiciously, returning into the hallway a few minutes later wiping their noses. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and have never left a review before… I personally wouldn’t stay here again. There was no comp even offered for the inconveniences.
The hotel looked very nice but our hallway smelled of pot and the room stunk of cigarette smell! We arrived late so we didn't bother saying anything since it looked like the hotel was full from all the cars in the parking lot. Also, the hotel elevator was broken.

Book the Grand Suite…I promise you will not be disappointed. Room was so big, my friends thought i spent atleast $1200 for it. lol
Very comfortable hotel. Quiet, clean. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee available all day. Bagels available in the morning. I liked it better than the chain hotels nearby.
Loved everything. Staff helpful and nice. Only complaint is room walls were dirty. Can’t tell unless you throw open the curtains.
For starters I don’t smoke and everything was fine until in the middle of the night I smelt cigarette smoke then thought nothing of it. Later find out that I was charged the deposit fee because they thought I was smoking and when I called to challenge the charge I kept on being told the manager was not in. It’s been over a week since I left my information to receive a call back and never received one.
carina.partnerNov 20, 2024 Hotel is a bit dated, carpeting needs replacement in several places, especially in the elevator. Room was spacious, and ok, bed was comfortable Very convenient with bar/bistro attached with the hotel, and other choices to eat within walking distance.
Property was perfect for my stay. Microwave was in the lobby area and non in the room. Coffee available throughout the day.
Great stay while i was in town. Room was clean and very quiet. No microwave in the room, they have one centralized in the lobby.

Not very clean or in good shape
There were gaps in the ceiling and wall as well as two panels over electrical stuff that were not secured at all. There was a nasty handprint on the bathroom door.
On the other hand, the room was quiet. The food from the bar and service there was good.
Nice easy check in cute little spot , employees great , room was clean. Love the couches .
Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good location just off major roads. On site parking. Nearby eating options.
We booked a King room for 2 people, but it was almost like the room was prepared for a solo traveler. Only one mug for the coffee machine & one glass for other drinks, 3 pillows & 3 towels. Just a quick stopover for us on a Roadtrip, so not a major issue, just seemed odd. Minimal information at check in & no information pack in the room.
Place is pretty dirty. Putting the heat on is like a death trap the filtures have never been clean do its just blowing bad air.
The staff acted snooty towards me at check in & when I needed a new key, accidentally leaving mine in room 2xs. I tend to do that BUT no clue why it seems problematic to replace at MANY cheaper spots! Tune changed at checkout since I told them about-missing smoke detector with a tea bag jammed in it , big code violation! I wasnt complaing just trying to help with info & saved them a fine. Decided not to stay overnight due to beds being lumpy, unsupportive, & had deffinate odor! TIME TO REPLACE!
Only 3 flat, cheap pillows for a king-size.
Room needed a good dusting, curtians especially! Carpet needed a shampoo, reaked of dog & philly blunts, *was room 420 though, LoL! -blunt smell to be expected, I guess!
Extremely DISSATIFIED! Tv was not working properly~ terrible lines through it maybe hit by something, room had signs of an altercation, lamps were bent and wonky.
Towels were scratchy, stained ,cheap,& only provided 2sets. EXpected more being advertised as ☆ room with jetted tub. ~ FYI-* jetted tub- does not mean hottub in bedroom* MISLEADING on the HOTELS.COM APP& SITE!! TUB HOWEVER, In contrast to rest of room, Jetted tub was super clean, seemed sanitized and worked. Walk in shower, was NOT! Reaked terrieble & had mildew all around the tiled base *BRING SHOWER SHOES* , also handle was a loose. Curtains needed a good dusting & wash. Windows were filthy with figer prints. Didnt have breakfast AS CHECKED OUT THAT NIGHT/EARLY NEXT DAY.
