We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location of things we wanted to do. Beds were great and the breakfast was out standing.

This property did not hold up to the online rating. We had a 2-night stay and our overall experience was terrible. Unexplained fire alarms with minimal communication at 7am. Showers were unacceptable. Would hum loudly - when the humming would stop the water would turn ice cold then when the noise would kick back on the water would turn scolding hot before leveling out to the level you had the shower set at. This repeated every 45ish seconds throughout every shower taken while there. Upon arriving our room didnt have a working tv. Picked up the phone to call front desk and room phone wasnt working either. Upon walking to front desk the staff was quick to come down and look. They were able to get the tv on but the phone was never working during our stay. The experience was not a working staff issue, solely based on the room/hotel itself.

While the hotel had many great features, the air conditioning could use improvement. The room wasn’t as cool as I would have liked, especially during warmer hours

Very nice room and a very comfortable bed. It made hardly no noise at all
Don’t look it over, it’s a nice place to stay.

We were only there for the night, they’re redoing the hotel, but they hold a lot of pride in keeping it in top shape. I’ve stayed at what some people would consider a high quality hotel and they’ve not kept the same quality as this one has, they’re in the process of upgrading it at the moment in the winters but I would say for the money it’s a really nice place to stay, it’s fcfs for the completely finished rooms, but they plan on finishing all of them during the times to not impede on business which is nice. The room we stayed in was really nice, everything was finished besides the floor, so they’re switching it over to what looks like panel flooring and getting rid of carpet which to me is way cleaner in look and sanitation. They also have a full breakfast which starts at 7 and ends at 9, it’s really close to this what looks like little Christmas town and right next to a Pizza Hut and wingstop which I get isn’t ideal BUT worth walking less then 100 ft to get dinner if you’ve had a long day.
Ok, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend. For the price, I suppose it was what I expected. My sister booked a room first and we joined in. Ha There was dust on the backsplash in bathroom, and behind a dresser that I tilted away from the wall (bc the tv was stuck to the dresser and couldn’t be viewed from the bed my children were sleeping/lying in). The toilet didn’t flush well. I had to hold the handle down several seconds. The tub drain stopper was broken, and setting on the side of the tub. The ac didn’t ever fully cool the room. The blinds were not blackout and it was basically daylight in our room all night. Bedding was clean, but too small for mattress and nearly slipped off. The coffee bar/table legs were wobbly and unstable which made making coffee slightly difficult. There was a decent size fridge/freezer which would be nice if needed. The breakfast was good, and service was fine. Employees were kind and friendly.

The hotel was good, nice and clean bed was comfortable. Definitely need better pillows they were not very big more like a decorative pillow size there were 4 on the bed but just not big enough. Other than that it was all good.

It was a very clean lobby. You can tell they are trying to update things. Bed could have been more comfortable, but all in all. Good stay.

At first glance I wasn’t a big fan, but the photos and the price is what made me choose this hotel. Initially I got there and it gave me more motel vibes, but once you go in it’s nice. One thing I liked is at night you can’t get in the actual entrance without your key card which made me feel safe. The elevator however if you take it which it’s only two floors so it’s just if you want to with all your things.. hasn’t had servicing in 3 years which is scary. Regardless of how far up it goes it’s an annual servicing yet. Either way, the rooms were NOTHING like the pictures. The pool just in case you wanna use it is salt water which is interesting. The windows in the room were so dirty you couldn’t see out of. Shower water pressure was great. But everything about our room was so outdated. It was freezing cold and I loved that. The beds were actually comfy as well so for me it’s like a 3 star rating. Hope this helps. (I only was disappointed in my outdated room) just from the room I didn’t trust breakfast lol

It’s a great hotel, but cleaning and updating the hotel would have costumers more accordance with the hotel.
