The room we had damaged frame on bathroom door, unit had fridge and two burners no pans or cooking utensils, plates silverware or glasses. Room had cockroaches found when turned the lights on after we went to bed and got back up. Smoke detector disconnect and sitting on a shelf. Lots of traffic in parking lot until 2AM, man tried to break in the next room at 11:30 PM seem like a domestic issue. couldn't sleep after that until after 2AM. Cancelled the second night booked and was granted a refund.
3rd shift was rude and property does not advertise 3rd party policy unique to property.
This property need to be renovated. The tub was rusty, linen was stained, the rooms smelled bad and the furniture looks led as if the were from the 70’s to 80’s.
Shower clogged (disgusting), stove and refrigerator didn’t work (every use had to flip the breaker box multiple times), dirty. The front office attitude was ugly! My first bad review ever so believe it!
The room was not clean or up-to-date. It had a bunch of ants. The toilet did not function well at one point I had absolutely no water pressure and the front desk employee was very rude.
I am very reluctant to leave negative reviews, but the room was shabby, two stars, with burn marks on the floors and dining table. If you know what you're getting, you might be fine with it, but I was expecting a bit better. It was noisy in the morning; guests are not especially respectful of other people who might be sleeping.

Woman checking us in was very nice but we had issues with the rooms. 1st room reeked of weed. 2nd room seemed fine until after my event- I went to adjust the heat and saw MULTIPLE small bugs and roaches coming from the walls. Turning on the heat also set off the fire alarm. My friend and I had to leave & drive 6 hours back home in the middle of the night after an already long day. Room was also very worn down, there was a huge crack in the floor by the kitchenette. There were no blankets on the bed, just 2 very threadbare flimsy sheets that had holes in them. Very disappointed & grossed out
Had bugs and cracks and holes in walls the showers have black mold around them.
This is a really great place to stay. The bed's are comfy. No bed bugs. The rooms are well thought out and usually very quiet and peaceful. There are no other hotels in the area as good as Suburban Studios. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while searching for a home.
The amount of shady people hanging around the hotel and sleeping in vehicles was very unsettling.
There is no better location!! Location, location, location... Usually a pretty quiet place. The air conditioning is S.U.P.E.R.B.!

Unfortunately the hotel did have roaches, but the staff were great.
The property is an aging hotel and it shows. The parking lot had cars on jackstands that had obviously been there a while. The parking lot does not feel safe and has large puddles and breaks in the lot. There is no place for people to sit down and relax after a drive. Our room had roaches and was sloppily cleaned. The woman at the front counter was slow and gruff but got the job done.
Never will stay again or go cuz I didn't stay
I didn't even stay in the room 25 minutes the room had roaches crawling on the floor on the curtain and the bathroom spoke with the supervisor from June and here it is the middle of July and still no refund back for the room that had roaches in it she's saying that their rooms normally don't have roaches in them when y'all have roach traps in the bathroom so make it makes sense to me
