Location is good but it was bad weather and due to fog we could not see anything.

Hotel was good with enough space with 2 floor, seating at level 1 and sleeping at level 2. Bed was good size. Buffet breakfast was very nyc with good options even for vegetarian people.

Location was okay. But food, service, and room was below average. Despite booking suite- they did not even give sufficient water, water pressure in bathroom was so low that it was impossible to take a bath. Food was also not good. Staff was unable to speak and understand english well and it was very difficult to communicate with staff- they just could not understand anything said to them on phone.

Perfect stay experience. Room was so neat and clean with all amenities. Staff were so helpful and kind. You will like living in castle and imagine yourself as king or queen. Hotel is surround by loads of french condiments and restaurants. View is amazing. Fully enjoyed here.

Well, they have 6 different hotels under mercure so choose your hotel & room well. Buffet - it was a great buffet with many options.

It was a great experience. The special entrance time for the hotel guests early in the morning is what actually completes your trip. It makes it worth the price. Beautiful property and heated pool is a benefit. Staff is really nice and cooperative

There are many advantages of staying at ban hills. 1. They have a separate check in building, so that you dont have to get in the same queue as non-resident visitors. 2. After 5:30, the crowd starts going down. Simao you get private french village experience. 3. Rides are on till 7 pm. So you get private experience there too. 3. Entire village is lit up till 11:30 at night. So stroll around and eat a delightful dinner without anyone to disturb you. 5. Only the guests get to visit the golden bridge for nearly 2 hrs before the gates open to the non-staying visitors. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are not very lavish but neat and clean. Best part is their lavish breakfast. Food choices are limitless and quality is excellent.

Our stay at mercure da nang french village ba na hills was quiet good. The location of the property is excellent and the views are magnificent. Would recommend everyone planning a visit to ba na hills to at least stay here for a night to experience the beauty of the place at night & sunrise at golden bridge. The only thing that disappointed us here was that the hotel provided only 2 complimentary bottles of water(400 ml each) and charged vend 50, 000(170 inr) per extra bottle. Also had to pay for cable car tickets approximately 2500 inr per person in order to access the cable car to reach to the property, which should’ve been a part of the room charges only. If the property is at ba na hills and the only way to reach there is by cable cars, then how could hotel be charging for the same as an extra service? disregard these 2 things and i would rate my experience as 10/10

The service at the down hill was not that great, where we get buy tickets to the cable car. We were asked to wait even though no one was on the line, they were rude. The workers in the hotel was great.

The rooms are pretty decent but the service was slow. The number of staffs are not sufficient when compared to the visitors. We had to carry our luggage ourselves. No one was there to assist. Also, be ready to pay extra money to reach your room via cable car. The same is not included and it’s not mentioned in the exclusions as well.
