The hotel is really good and at the heart of the city. You have the market, the lake, tour booking offices, and bike rentals nearby. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Loved their warm hospitality and humble behavior.

But dannag diamond sea hotel airport transfer is free in proper sentence in broucher but car is not pick up and drop up transfer i paid by my self. What's the problem. Ans. ?

The property is located in the heart of the old quarter in hanoi. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are all very helpful. They also have option to keep your luggage if you are planning for a day trip after check out. Or planning for an overnight halong bay cruise. They don't have lunch or dinner in their restaurant. Only breakfast but that is a good thing as you can eat in nearby restaurants. There are about 4 5 places within walking distance of this hotel. Overall a very best stay

Hospitable staff at Reception

The property is very well located to cover Old Quarter. We received packed breakfast, courtesy the Ladies at Reception, at 6 am and food quality was also good. Our only complaint is with room on 2nd Floor. We were given 2 rooms (out of 4) on 2nd Floor where the AC was not working and that problem could not be addressed despite our repeated request with Gentleman at Reception during night shift. We were asked to go and sleep in other room the next night and AC in that room was working well. Since rooms have no windows, it is not feasible to sleep with out AC and ventilation.

The Hotel is located right at the center of Hanoi (very close to the Lake). One can walk to many of the major sightseeing locations from the Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
