The arrival experience was not so good, as we reached late in the night to check in, we were surprised to know that our room is downgraded and hotel asked to accept that room and will shift us in the booked room next day.

Location is good with many supermarket options (Coop Mart is good) and also Ben Thành Market is being close by. Breakfast spread had few only chicken options, juices didn't seem to be natural. The staff didn't care to ask if we eat pork or not and just served the high tea with pork, without even suggesting that it was a pork dish. Also, when we said we didn't need pork they didn't offer any replacement. Swimming pool is very small and the setting is very conjusted. We took Executive Suite room, don't go by the name Suite, it's basically a larger sized room with a sofa. Bathrub wasn't great and the shower area was decently open to wet the entire bathroom in one shower. The lobby outside the rooms was smelly as the restaurant was nearby. Overall Average experience but can value for money definitely.

Centrally located hotel with very good amenities. Could movement around on foot to see historical locations as well as indian restaurants

At first the staff were good later on there was water issues int he washroom plumber had to come and do it, there’s smell in the room, location is pretty good. When i had issue staff didn’t respond well and they were bit rude. The next day we had to change the room and they were not cooperative.

Very nice hotel, it’s near from airport and walking town. All activities are near. Very good food good breakfast and all. Swimming pool little small. Staff behaviour good.

Had a pleasant stay at harmony saigon. Location, services and facilities provided are good. Breakfast spread was good, though faced difficulty as a vegetarian with the breakfast menu offered.

Good hotel, neat and clean. Good breakfast but can add some indian dish for breakfast. Good location. To summarize, good hotel to stay close to shopping area.

Hello we stayed here for 3 days and trust me support staff was supportive but the person in charge of front office in reception was very stubborn. When you book from india what is minimum price and good star ideally u do it but when u actual see the hotel and room from inside then u feel for it room was not having any balcony nor view as it was surrounded by internal walls of building so we asked for a view change but they have not helped us even though half of the hotel was empty. Breakfast for indian strictly no with only fruits in place

The hotel was good and the hospitality was nice. The hotel staff very friendly and warm. We are vegetarian so they arranged vegan food for us for the breakfast. Also the tourist information desk was helpful then even booked the water puppet show tickets for us. Hotel location is convenient as all the major attractions are nearby. There are few indian restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay in ho chi min h city.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the jacuzzi in the executive suite was an added bonus. The housekeeping staff was very efficient especially olwen.

It is well maintained beautiful hotel in main area of hcmc. Service was excellent. I will stay difinitily second time when my next trip. Welcome drink was superb.
