All in good condition except construction in front of unit using compaction equipment so noisy and vibration ..
Bedrooms upstairs but only toilet, shower, basin downstairs

We had a wonderful stay with our family of three. The room had been fashionably renovated and everything is clean. The room is facing the water and it was very relaxing in sitting outside (patio).

Apart from that the place has been newly refurbished and was very comfortable.

A lovely suite in a beautiful location. Handy to everything in town. Very clean and nicely maintained.
