    Novotel Surfers Paradise property is located in an excellent location, right next to the happening place on Surfers Paradise. The property has nice views and service was good. The staff was really considerate of their guests and their needs. The breakfast was good on the first day. The rooms were spacious and had an awesome ocean view. However, some guests complained about the cleanliness concern and the noise from the AC. Overall, Novotel Surfers Paradise is a value for money property with a great location and friendly staff.
