olivia.partnerNov 03, 2024 It has a great location and a soft bed. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly (there was food in the sink and a tampon wrapper on the floor) and its quite an old room - expected from a motel.
The hotel charged my card despite the booking being handled through Expedia.
The lady on the phone explained that sometimes Expedia doesn't send through the chargeback information correctly, therefore, the amount gets paid on the card on file - this should not be the case and it's a double charge and this should be a conversation with Expedia without having to make the guest pay twice. It's now going to be refunded but will take 5-10 days eek
We arrived late from the airport. It would have been nice to be able to get a meal or snack. We had not eaten as we left Perth at 5 but arrived at the motel 11.30 in the evening.

Great property, easily accessible and great location. Very reasonably priced. Loved everything about it. Only thing I think needs attention was the peeling paint inside the bathtub that peeled off and floated in the water

Very short stay - wouldn't want any longer
Had trouble accessing the door using the code we were sent, then it took a while to get through on the phone to get help. It was resolved easily. The room was basic but comfortable for an overnight stay. The bath/shower was extremely slippery and dangerous. Some noise from other guests. Would be a great location for a longer stay if not looking for anything fancy.
The property is always clean - i have stayed there often for work. It is quiet and value for money.
Easy checkin..friendly staff.
Rooms close to beach and all shops/transport.

when I booked, I understood there was a reception, no reception had to check in online, free continental breakfast box was advertised but not supplied. Only booked this place because of the breakfast as I had an early flight
No where to check in. You only find that out when u arrive. Everything is done over ph. There was very obvious maintenance happening in a room nearby and when I phoned to enquire about it as I had a migraine, I was told there wasn’t any…. But I’d get a call back. Call back never occurred and sticking my head out the door proved definitely maintenance occurring. If it was confirmed I cld have changed my plans. Just a lack of care. Facility was pretty good for the price.
Mattress very hard and uncomfortable .old window model heating/cooling very noisy.bathroom very dated however the room was very clean and parking good
