Very ideally positioned hotel. Higher positive & customer oriented staff. Vice nice spread o break fast. Sumtous option fir lunch & dinner

Good hotel with good location it is just that staff need to be more helpful i had to climb 9 floors as i couldn’t find staff at reception at night as my card was not working

Hotel has good proximity advantage and is right in the middle of happening Melbourne. Staff if very courteous but the downfall is it comes with very basic amenities and the rooms are very cramped.

Rooms not big as shown in the pictures. Could have found more better places in the same amount. Location is great, right in the CBD but they can improve on the sizes of the rooms. Very small and compact not at all happy with the area of the room

Was good clean hotel very near to city with all favourite restaurants neat bye. Staff was very good
Price of hotel is very good so I recommend to stay in this hotel. Hotel just need to work on room services

Great location, claustrophobic room

The hotel is worth the money for it's location. But the rooms are so tiny, you keep bumping into furniture every time you move. The breakfast spread is so repetitive, you don't want to face it again. But the staff are very helpful. Don't ask for a wake up call. You never get it.
