Great stay - shame it was only one night
We got put in Room 401, a two bedroom apartment in the tower (so the lift doesn’t go all the way) which was amazing. Huge and very well appointed, and super clean. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is not in the best part of town but it’s right opposite the light rail interchange so really easy to get about.
The property and service were excellent. Very convenient for public transport (right across from train/bus services). Didn't see any dining or cafe options which was a shame when arriving late in the evening.
It was in a close enough location to CBD and Darcy St but there needs to be a better option for parking for us out of towners!

catherine.familyAug 04, 2024 Very friendly and helpful staff that helped with dining options and local knowledge. Close to light rail which gave access to other parts of Newcastle. There’s a lot of building in the area which restricts some pedestrian access was travelling with people with mobility issues.
Comfortable stay, would recommend.

Parking is very limited around but you can pay a supplement to park in reserved gated or ungated parking.

nice and close to the beach front and other facilities,
we were in a ground floor apartment which was just below ground level, it did seem to have a damp smell in the room. Everything else seemed good.
