Only stay here if there is nothing else within 200km and you are exhausted
I found decayed stuff and mould in the kettle when I checked in and tried to fill in water for a cup of tea. There were tea bags but no milk in the frig.

The bathroom smelt of mildrew. There was mould on the walls and floor in the bathroom. The bed was hard felt like sleeping on a board, (I sleep on a firm mattress at home).

It was clean and comfortable and we will go back again if given the opportunity. The only thing we were disappointed in was check in.. we drove for 6 hours and wanted to check in at 1.00 o’clock but were told we had to wait until 2.00 o’clock.

Average good condition . large bathroom but shower screen was not closing properly .. worth for the price .
phillip.partnerDec 03, 2023 Our flight to Melbourne was cancelled, so we looked for an inexpensive hotel in the suburbs. This is more of a motel, with small rooms. They did have laundry though and the bed was quite comfortable despite the small room. A bus stop was nearby and allowed us to travel over to Burwood for great food. Not bad for the price if you're in a pinch.
It’s always been a good stay. Local to the shops and not far to qudos bank arena.

Dirty rooms, sheets had what looked like blood on them. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke,
Traffic noise. Additional charges to park a vehicle. Terrible service. I don’t think the cockroaches would even live here for free.

The breakfast area was very welcoming and convenient as well. The only part of our stay that we ask your team to improve on is the cleanliness of the rooms. We would recommend your hotel and yes we would stay again. Thanks
All good but prefers to stay on quiet side
