Good location for an average hotel

No vanity kit, no toothbrush in room. Room was not very clean like other accor hotels usually are. Breakfast was limited but the staff was not very nice. A girl kept asking me if i was done with my breakfast when i had just started. Didn’t like the hotel, other than the location

Poor Stay

The hotel was the budget version of novotel which was no where mentioned while booking. You had request more than one for a particular item! despite room booked for 3 people including my kid, and multiple requests, we were always given two towels!

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay, clean and spacious room. Best part is the hotel can be reached easily from airport both domestic and international as the metro station is 30 meter away. Wynyard station ( york street exit ) saved a lot of money on cabs while staying here. Major tourist spot is less than 10 min away so overall an excellent location.

It was a good hotel, location was great, just beside the wynard station, from where there are trains going all around. Breakfast was very good. Washroom size was a little too small. Rest everything was good

USP is location

Usp of this hotel is location. Most of the iconic attractions including Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Darling Harbour etc. Are at walking distance from the Hotel. Staff was also quite helpful and courteous.

Apart from the great location, everything else was average. Rooms are small and bathrooms small with ancient fittings. Overpriced for these facilities.
