Standard Room

The wifi was pathetic, had to complain multiple times but did not get resolved at all. Also there should be a feedback option in mm t while you are staying and not only after you check-out.

Good hotel but lack in very basic facilities.

Rotten. The hotel was real bad. Smelling and stinking. The staff had sprayed heaps of freshener to make the smell ineffective. Do not stay.

Premier room

The room was tiny. Furnitures were old. Staff behaviour is bad. It was complete contrast to what was shown in the photos in the website. Staff is rude. Bad location. I was completely cheated. It doesn't deserve the price tag and star rating. The staff didn't explain anything. Bathrooms were small and dirty. Bedsheets not changed. Staff had a damn care attitude.
