Room was dirty, washroom was dirty, cigarette ask was there on carpets. Dirty windows, dirty pillow and quilt along with bedsheets. Only location and staff are good. Rest definitely not recommended.

No hot water, had to fight with the technical staff to get it fixed, April 08 day time receptionist (lady) was too arrogant and I had to wait 7 minutes at the reception to talk to her because she was talking to another lady and didn’t mind I am waiting in front of reception, had to leave the hotel on 08 April without taking bath because lack of hot water, breakfast supply waiter was so arrogant when I ask him milk for tea… he said hotel do not provide milk for tea!!!! There are flys in the room… cockroach moving around… the carpet is full of dust… what else…. It was horrible for me to stay here….

The reception guy getting angry when we are explaining the situation, after reaching the room got surprised the room not cleaned completely
