Good central location, but small rooms and average facilities; not a luxury hotel

I stayed two nights, and found rooms small, facilities average. It is not a high class luxury hotel, as claimed. Breakfast spread is average and food quality OK. Not a delightful experience and avearge stay. It can be considered as a three star hotel.
