This hotel is close to Airport but 10 minutes away from pub street but at the price which I booked it is actually a gem.

The hotel services and facilities are awesome. However the hotel has now become old and the furnishings etc ., need tone replaced and even the lift. The carpets and the paint. The room makes you feel good but the amenities need upgrading. The air conditioner was not so strong. Near to airport but far from all sites except Cambodian cultural village. The hotel staff is very polite and service friendly. The breakfast was sad.

We stayed here from Dec 25th to Dec 29th. The hospitality of the staff is just amazing. There is a certain level of warmth and courtesy in the way they interact with us. Sukuno that is front desk staff really helped us in arranging tours and getting the breakfast box for the sunrise tour ready. They were really great at it. Sunhebin Voearn will always greet you with a smile in the morning at the breakfast. Other staff members like Dalis and Bopha or drivers like Ponlook all were very courteous and cordial. I loved my stay there a lot. There will be a little issue with the Wi-Fi but that is a minor blip. All in All go for it.

All staff were uniformly very courteous. Hotel has a small band playing in the courtyard every night. You can eat drink while watching the band. My stay coincided with Chinese new year celebrations, so a special combo dinner was offered. The dinner was a good deal and well prepared and well presented. Checkout time was noon, but I had a sweaty sightseeing afternoon remaining, after which a flight to catch. I presented my problem to the reception folk, and was pleasantly told no problem sir, you check out, we keep your bags, and you can use our spa shower in the afternoon. All this worked out perfectly as they promised. One big negative was when I went for breakfast, I neglected to take equivalent Cambodian paper money that was on the dresser in the room. When I came back to the room the cash was gone. I brought this up with reception staff, and expected a sympathetic ear but not necessarily any action. At least in the future they could monitor the hallways better. The staff acted like they were not hearing my words. I recommend this hotel if you never leave valuables in the room.
