    Disappointing

    The hotel has an excellent location, which is its only major advantage. However, the room size was a huge disappointment. the actual is far smaller than expected. There was barely any space to accommodate the luggage for two people, making it very inconvenient. The reception was practically non-existent, with no staff present to offer any assistance, leaving us to manage everything on our own. The bathroom was even worse—extremely cramped, with an awkwardly placed commode that made it difficult to sit comfortably. I understand Quebec is generally expensive, but paying this much for such a tiny room felt unreasonable and offered no value for money. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this place to others.
