You need to start renovating! Toilet etc was yuck. Tv didnt work properly either will not be back till you fix
Good room size. Parking very convenient.

Unfortunately the jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi tub. The staff came to the room to check it out, but they couldn’t fix it… they offered a different room, but we had already unpacked. Pool was nice though!
Really convenient for us visiting our daughter! The staff member at reception was really helpful and friendly. We had an issue with a clogged toilet and, as it was late in the evening and there was not a maintenance person available, she immediately moved us to another room, without any fuss. We had breakfast in the dining room in the morning, and it was delicious and served by another lovely staff member.
Stuffy and dirtier than you’d hope rooms. Pool had swim lessons happening in them when we went at two different times.

tanner.partnerNov 02, 2024 Casablanca inn is a great place to look at and the lobby is beautiful but the rooms are not what you would expect coming when comparing the lobby. The toilet seat was peeling or looked damaged, and the washroom looks like it needs to be redone.

It was extremely warm in the room when we first arrived and putting the air to coolest didn't help but the young lady at the desk gave us a fan and that provided great comfort. I know that hotels and apartments etc. shut off the A/C in mid-late October but this year has been especially warm and it would have been nice to have it still on. We were also very sad to hear that the hotel is being torn down to make room for condos! What a heartache and a horrible thing to do to such a lovely hotel! Surely there are enough condos in the area or at least another site where they could be built!! Very shameful!!

michael.partnerOct 14, 2024 Our room felt very dated. Good mattress and bedding but rest was out of date. Bathroom did not feel clean and fixtures (tub, shower, toilet) seemed very old and worn out.
The heat in our room did not work. It was quite cool for mid-October. When we asked at the front desk we were informed that the Hotel doesn't turn on the heat for rooms until later in the month.
Staff offered early check-in, when we arrived early, but were not even asking for that privilege.
Provided a ground floor room since we had bicycles with us, and elevator use could have been more difficult.
Staff very friendly and were eager to accommodate.
In summary, just a great place to stay.
