The view from the room was just mesmerizing, both us and canadian falls. We got complimentary room update to a suite.

Horrible

The staff is rude. There was no hot water in the taps or shower. They do not provide dental kits. We checked out without a shower. The voucher read all taxes and charges included but still they insisted upon hotel taxes. In spite of complaining the elderly at the reception said i can go ahead and complain or write a negative review

This was best hotel of trip to canada best location to falls and view from hotel to fall was mesmerising both day and night all in walking distance india food shops and falls

They were never allow me to stay they said your booking for non view rooms and they didn’t allow me and i have to make a new booking

Room was not clean and no one was supportive, veg food was also not available, neither they tried to make it available just one bottle 500ml for two persons ridiculous!

I booked for the Fallsview but there was no such view. I paid more for that so a false commitment or a fraud activity

We had both the fallsview from our room which was simply magnificent. It was a great experience at their waterfront restaurant and the best part was the casino being inter connected so one did not have to go out in the cold. Overall great experience.
