The rooms are small. But still we can manage, but the counter staff ( except one lady with boy-cut hair and specs) were rude. Most of the people at counter were non cooperative and arrogant. Location is good, but other than location - nothing considerable.

Hotel is maintained well, and the staffs are very friendly and supportive. Good stay overall for business travellers and easily accessible to metro line 2 and also restaurants

This hotel is only about location. It is situation right on people square east Nanjing road, market and lights all around, one can never be bored if staying here. But rest all is poor like room size, breakfast and amenities.

The location of this Hotel is the only reason you can book this Hotel or else the price is high/breakfast and everything else is less than average.

Breakfast is fixed and all 4 days we got d same breakfast. The same can be improved as eating same stuff for 4 days is really boring. Location is great.

I received a room with 8 walls, it was claustrophobic and felt like room was made out of leftover space at the hotel. cockroach all over and it was smelling bad.

The location is amazing. But the price according to the facilities is nil. If you are willing to stay a little outside you should not prefer this hotel. But the location is very good. It is ver near to the bund

The hotel is an old hotel where the reception is at 7 floor, its location is right on the Nanjing street, rooms are OK seems little over priced but thats due to the location, service is okay, breakfast is a set menu of western or chinese and its the same till you stay no change so after 2 day you will forego your breakast even if its free ha

Front office women staff are not good behaviour, but one Mr. Jeff was very good person for any help. Good location, room are neat, Bathroom and toilet very good. Room were not spacious but okay. Breakfast not up to the mark. Overall very good hotel.

The overall experience was good, location of hotel was excellent, do not know about the food because use to place the order from other Indian Restaurant. do not like the breakfast in morning and hotel and restaurant staff should learn some more English as many foreigner tourist prefer to stay at the hotel.
