Great location and helpful staff. Only problem was rm 308 door very loud to close. Not a problem for me but I would be annoyed if I was next door. Otherwise , all good!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
Service was really good. Breakfast included and nice. Location great for Krka. Nice room with good space. We will have this hotel in our list for future visits.

A great place to stay.
Very modern and stylish family-run hotel with large spacious rooms. Free parking is provided by the hotel in the village's main car park a few minutes walk away also. The village is small so nothing is far away (restaurants, supermarkets, bike rental, the beach etc.). Would happily stay here again. Thank you to Josko and Filip for a lovely (albeit short!) stay

Lovely boutique with luxurious rooms. Very modern and clean. Rooms are located on first through fourth floor so you may have some stairs to climb. We found this typical at boutiques in Croatia. Hotels.com had listed a laundry facility available but we did not see it. If it's important, I would contact before you book. He may have a laundry service. Owner is always available and if he is not in lobby, you can call or catch him walking near by. Comfortable beds and nice hot shower. If you book in advance, he provides a voucher for free breakfast at restaurant next door. By far the nicest room we stayed in Croatia.
Very nice hotel owned by a nice family. Very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious. They recommended their friend who owns an E bicycle company where we booked a bike tour that ended with lunch at a winery.
The location was excellent - on a quiet pedestrian street near a number of very nice restaurants. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
The owner was especially helpful the next day. We needed to find a hotel with a washer/dryer at our next destination, so we were calling hotels prior to booking. He got on the phone and spoke with the other hotels to confirm that they had washer/dryers available.
Josko was amazing and provided us with great directions and instructions prior to and when we arrived. This really helped us find the place easily. He also provided lots of information on visiting the nearby National Park. The place was wonderfully decorated and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

What a wonderful place to relax before and after Krka. The hotel is beautiful, all very modern and comfortable. Very spacious for being on such an idyllic street. The best restaurants are just right there.

Great hotel in the middle of Skradin. Hotel is close to many very good restaurants and just a short walk to the Krka ferry.
stephanie.familyAug 29, 2023 We booked our stay in Skradin purely out of convenience for visiting Krka NP but I'm actually really glad we did because it's a lovely little town with a really relaxed vibe, especially after the crowds in Zadar. There are lots of restaurants and bars and the setting is lovely.
The property is really smart, inside very modern and the room was great. Very large for the three of us and a really well equipped bathroom. It wasn't a manned reception but we received a call earlier in the day to ask when we were likely to arrive and we were met at the property. Communication by phone and Whatsapp was good. We were leaving early to catch the first boat which was before breakfast but we were given some fruit to take with us which was kind. It was also a bonus to have free parking - you park in the main town carpark and the hotel gives you a card to present when you leave so you don't have to pay.
I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
