I recently stayed at the Novotel Hotel Cairo Airport and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The Novotel Cairo Airport offers good services, a pleasant ambience, and a relaxed vibe during the night, especially by the pool with live music (on the weekend). The Novotel Cairo Airport staff provided good service throughout my stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The overall atmosphere of the Novotel Cairo Airport was inviting, with modern and well-maintained facilities that added to the overall comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the chill vibe in the evening. The pool area transformed into a serene setting with live music playing in the background. It was a perfect place to also unwind and enjoy the sunny day by the pool. However, there was one major aspect of my stay that could be improved—the internet connection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not stable and often proved to be quite frustrating. The connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to work or stay connected online. This was a disappointment, especially in today's digital age where reliable internet access is expected. While my stay was enjoyable overall, I would like to mention a couple of other (minor) areas for improvement. There seemed to be a limited selection of pillows available, which may have been inconvenient for some guests seeking a specific level of comfort. Additionally, the air conditioner appeared to be weak, which might have impacted the cooling efficiency in the room. Nevertheless, overall it was good and it is an ideal choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport.

It was a good experience, the Novotel Cairo Airport is at a good location from the downtown areas of Cairo and the nile. Giza is a bit far anway. The housekeeping was good. Cleanliness was good in the room. Staff was helpful. Had a relaxed and enjoyable stay. If you are looking to do touristy things in Cairo, the Novotel Cairo Airport is at a re rally nice location. 5 stars for location, everything else was good.

Our stay was fabulous. Our stay was fabulous in egypt where english is not widely spoken novotel staff was communicating in english pretty fine and we got hassle free shuttle bus from airport to Novotel Cairo Airport without asking they gave us early checkin and late checkout extremely happy with the service they provided

The Novotel Cairo Airport and staff were good and help full. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. The bathroom was clean but had some smell, even after spraying room freshener, the smell was coming back after some time.
Continuous noise from some work. Smell from the Bath room.

I stayed in Novotel Cairo dates 20th to 27th and enjoyed my taste the house keeping person at floor perosn was very supportive and always keep the room very good clean and while staff is very humble and everything is very tasty onky issue WiFi not working good

Free can service every half an hour to Cairo Airport, great in room dining menu for vegans. Good staff. Rooms are ok. Not very spacious but still fine.
