    Nonchalant staff - no response to ac not working for 4 days straight!

    The air conditioner did not work during our stay. We complained at the reception desk everyday, but they did not fix it. We asked for a different room, to which they refused. It is not fair on the part of the hotel to not fulfill the services they have charged for. The front desk said they will inform the manager but we never heard from the manager. It's just disappointing, the nonchalant behaviour of the hotel staff.
