We had an issue that was out of control of the hotel, and they managed it with top professionalism.
Anastasia and the whole team were exceptional. The property and comfort were outstanding and the location was very convenient for walking and metro. The extra charge to check into a vacant room earlier than usual check in time is in very poor taste. I wonder if the extra €30 ridiculous and money grab fee is worth the diminished impression and reputation

Great little hotel located in the heart of Paris. Staff is helpful and nice, rooms are comfortable and very clean and the vibe was good.

jennifer.partnerOct 08, 2024 The hotel is older and quaint. Location was great but staff wasn't friendly. The elevator was out, and our room was on the sixth floor - the stairs are narrow and uneven. Would not book with them again unless elevator was working.

nathan.partnerSep 07, 2024 I liked the areas around the hotel when it came to shopping, Place Vendôme and many other stores are a quick walk from the hotel, as well as the US Embassy. It was a safe area. When it came to the hotel, 1 male at the front desk was quite rude. Not sure if it was his personality or us being American. There’s not many amenities so not sure what I was rating. The double doors that blocked the rooms view from the shower wouldn’t close right so if you’re not a couple, beware.

This little gem was wonderful. The service was excellent. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. The rooms are spacious for European standards. Beds amazingly comfortable. I will come back! Location is perfect to walk anywhere. Metro stop 200 m away at Madeleine. Highly recommend!

Great stay in the heart of Paris
We had an amazing stay here. Location is so excellent. We stayed at this hotel once before in 2022. We had the classic room which we found to be too small. This time around we went for larger rooms and the were perfect. We definitely go back in the future.
