The staff was really helpful. I found really useful that they had adaptors available as I didn't have one, so I was able to charge my phone.
I would have preferred if the hotel had shampoo and conditioner, instead of just one gel for body and hair.
Maybe putting charging points in the room would be helpful as everyone needs to charge their phones and there were not that many adaptors available.
Affordable but dependent on shuttle service
This is an affordable and clean place. However, you are dependent on their shuttle bus to get there and back. It takes a break during the middle of the day - when we arrived. It costs us e35 for a taxi to get there (the alternative was to wait 3 hours). The shuttle only runs every hour. It would also be a good idea to share where at the airport the shuttle arrives before checking in.

Comfortable but in an odd location
This was listed as an airport hotel. It was quite a distance from the airport, in an industrial park with no restaurants in walking distance. The on-site restaurant/bar were already closed when we arrived. Check-in was at a kiosk - I think there was a staff person somewhere but we didn't need assistance. The bed was very comfortable but the room was too warm and I couldn't turn on a/c - called the desk and was told nothing could be done then. I mentioned it the next day and was told there is no a/c, only heat. Breakfast was good and we were amused by the robot-busser rolling around. One final point: the free shuttles to/from Frankfurt run once/hr, there is no service from the hotel after 10:30 am until 4 pm; and from the airport none after 11 am until 4:20 pm.
Rooms and property are nice…but be sure to check the property website for airport shuttle hours - we had to take a $35 taxi because they dont operate all hours.
Also beware that property does not respond to expedia platform messages nor do they answer the telephone at night, not for me and not for expedia customer service.
This property was on an industrial zone, and we didn't see any restaurants or shopping center within walking distance.

The automated check- in is slow and cumbersome, I prefer a live person at check in. One lone employee to deal with all these people, understaffed here. Then our room and the substitute had a non functioning TV. Third room has a very foul odoured bathroom. Gross. However Andrew was excellent in helping us, he was kind and polite. Great employee ! Hotel Shuttle has no service for 5.5 hours midday. Terrible.!
Limited dining and transportation
It was a self check-in process but very easy to complete. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/bar was great with a very nice atmosphere. It was a last minute hotel find and we were a little wary as we were not familiar with the brand however, we were extremely happy with Hey Lou!
Long check in at self serve kiosk despite already doing online checkin ahead. Bed too firm. Room hot. No A/C. Staff in restaurants very nice and efficient. Long way from airport. Overall I would not recommend.
Great hotel. Very modern. Ease of ck in and out. Good breakfast and restaurant on site with microbrewery.
