    The hotel is well located and gave us a good room with a lovely view. The food variety in breakfast is great with lots of options. The service is up to mark with really friendly staff.

    Its not a hotel more like a pay guest or apartment

    Housekeeping is very poor. They charge you extra for room service, why is it called a hotel if room service is not included. Hotel is not at all welcoming. My last stay at Novotel for sure. Its more like they are doing a favour by serving their guests. Not recommended.

    Service was not there no question of food.
    Aircondition not working, very rude staff, no bell boys, no room service not at all good experience.

    Great hotel. Neat and clean. Close to subway. Rooms were well appointed and noise free. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby level bar - that becomes the hub for the hotel in the evening. Very lively.

    Good hotel little away from city center

    Novotel city center is actually little away from city center, Marienplatz. Roughly 10 mins drive. But our overall experience has been good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was also helpful and friendly. Overall good experience.
