Chez Daniel is your home away from home. The team makes it an wmeffort to make sure you are fully accommodated and taken care of. The facilities are extremely picturesque, on a quite corner of La Antigua. Walking distance from everywhere!
Veronica was very easy to communicate with and gave me a very insightful and much needed overview of the layout of the city and it's landmarks. Props to her and the team to accommodate breakfast, check in and check out times!
If you have the pleasure of Daniel himself, please do yourself a favor and spare some time to converse. Very interesting individual and gives you a great perspective on why La Antigua is so popular with foreigners. Make sure you ask him about his Photography.
Overall, I loved my time at La Antigua, but the accomodations Chez Daniel provides I think overcast any other Bread and Breakfast in town. Thanks all!

Guests are treated with care and love, as if friends rather than strangers. We felt supported and cared for during our stay. Moreover, the place itself and the views were wonderful. Our stay in this hotel made all the difference for our experience in Antigua. Fully recommended.
britney.partnerJul 02, 2023 Absolutely loved the staff, the owner and the breakfast!! The views from the rooftop were beautiful and the location allowed for easy parking of a rental vehicle. My only suggestion would be to have a fan in the rooms to circulate the air as there is no air conditioning and on hot/humid days it is very stuffy in the rooms and gets hot at night. The staff is amazing here and very accommodating. The location is not really central so you do have to call for a taxi or drive everywhere unless you enjoy the longer walks. Overall we still highly recommend!
I had a wonderful stay at Chez Daniel! The room was clean and spacious, and beautifully decorated and furnished with Mayan artisan-woven bedding and gorgeous photos. The staff there were very responsive over WhatsApp when I inquired about shuttles and tours. The breakfast included is delicious - fresh, ripe fruits and warm croissants and baguette. There were two days where I got up very early in the morning for tours, and they offered to make me a breakfast to-go - which was delicious and perfect snacks while on my tour for the day. All in all, Chez Daniel was great. Well priced, beautiful clean rooms, great service.
